Eco Meditation: by Dawson Church. This is a positive supportive meditation to bring in positive energy and healing.
Insight Timer: App with mediations and more
Click Meditation tab in middle of page. Scan QR code to get app on phone. Answer questions. It will see if you want to sign up for the Plus version (which you have to pay for). You can click the "skip" word in the top right corner instead of try it for free (unless you want to pay. I don't). It will ask if you want the Intentions Widget. Scroll down here to choose a meditation that fits for you.
Larimer Sound Alchemy Music - Empath's Sanctuary: I find this music calming in my body. Check out other music by Larimer. He has healing medicine music as well.
Steven Hayes Tools: Steven Hayes founded ACT. There is a lot to explore here. Be sure to click on the Tools tab and scroll all the way down. There are videos, activities related to the principles of ACT, and self assessments you can take on a variety of topics. There is also a Podcast tab on the home page that has a menu of podcasts you can listen to learn more.
